Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. With help from our synagogue.

Impossible to deal with. Want to charge your credit card when you're disputing a credit card charge. Voice system inaudible. Chat system Impossible.
We signed up for 2 dinner tickets, $85 apiece and you charged us $4416. That's multiples more than a whole table.

Wrong email for my ticket receipt
Today around 3:30 pm Sunday 6/8/25 I purchased a ticket online for $25. For the jubilee project, for the state of u s, featuring Mr.
Roland Martin on June 20, 2025. At the JFK community center 315 howershell rd, Florissant MO. 63031. I entered the wrong email addresses and didnt received my ticket.
My email is abcinfants4022@***.com. The email I acccidently entered was abcinfants5033.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It took over an hour to get n contact and somewhat resolve the problem
Very difficult to get in contact with a person. No very accommodating!!!…600.00 was supposed to be refunded instead they refunded me 550.00.
Sometimes you need to verbally speak to someone in a situation like this and it’s impossible to get someone on the phone. It’s extremely disheartening when you have to spend a portion of your day trying to get things right.
